AZ Fall

The kids enjoyed our AZ Fall (which always happens in January here) by raking up the leaves with Grandma & Grandpa

Eating!

Zion has recently has his first foods. He is not impressed at all, even after numerous attempts, but he smiles anyway, because that's what he does! He's my happy little guy!

Over Christmas my cell phone got stolen. More than the loss of my 2-month-old phone and the contact info of everyone, I was so sad I lost this picture. However, while cleaning out my inbox today, I discovered that I had emailed it to myself some time ago. I couldn't believe it. What a fun little blessing...a silly thing, yes, but it was important to me...I wanted to remember it. :)

This happened a couple of months ago while shopping at Staples. While I was trying to figure out what printer ink to buy, my two older children were decorating their innocent little brother who was sleeping in the cart. They were both laughing and laughing. Then Jaden tapped me to get my attention and said, "Look, Mom, Zion's a cat!" I tried to get after them for putting gross chewed gum all over their baby brother. But after laughing and taking a picture first, I don't think my reprimanding had much of an effect. :)

I think it is appropriate to throw this one in as well. Some of Zion's cousins got a little confused with his uncommon name, and were calling him Baby Lion. I thought it was cute! And it was very appropriate when they decorated him with a scarf while he was sitting in his car seat. It made the perfect Baby Lion picture!

Christmas Morning

We didn't get many pictures taken on Christmas, as we were trying to get ready to get on the road for our trip, but here are the few that we got. Of course Zion's favorite present was the paper.
