By the way...

Here's one of the reasons the blog has been way behind.... (The other is that I'm the Young Women's president to 45 teenagers)

Anyway, this little mite has been making mommy awfully sick & tired. But I think the worst of it is now over, besides the actually delivery part, of course! :)

We are excited for this little one's debut around July 22nd!

Other Christmas Fun

Grandma came to visit!

 We went to hear the choir and see the light displays at the temple.

 The kids were mesmerized with the Christus in the visitors center. Zoee kept saying, "Wanna touch Jesus." It was so cute.

 We also got to see the international nativity display inside the visitors center.

Christmas Day!

He got the cinnamon roll & milk all polished off...

And left some fun presents!

He was kind of in a hurry, though, so daddy had to help put this one together Christmas morning!

Our Christmas was very simple & very nice - just the way we like it!

Christmas Eve

We spent Christmas Eve with our good friends, the Orrs. We had a delicious dinner, a fantastic Nativity puppet show by the kids, and treats afterward. We then put together & delivered Christmas to a family in need. Our husbands dropped off two huge boxes, then rang the doorbell & ran, while we waited in the get-away cars with our headlights off. That was the funnest part of the night!

TX

We got to make a quick trip to TX before Christmas to visit family. I took one picture & then unfortunately the batteries went dead on my camera.

Oh what fun it is to ride...in a wagon!

 These pics didn't turn out very well, but a few days before Christmas, we got to go on a community wagon ride (no sleigh rides around here) through the neighborhood with Mrs. Clause to see Christmas lights and sing carols. The wagon was pulled by 2 big black work horses with bells on. The kids loved it!

The North Pole Express

My brother Ryan works for a tour train company...therefore he is Jaden's hero. He sent us some free tickets to ride the North Pole Express in Globe, AZ right before Christmas. We got to see the conductor, Santa, an elf... We also got cookies & hot chocolate. After Zoee spilled 2 cups of it all over mom, we didn't let her have any more...

The train was a lot of fun & the kids had a blast thanks to Uncle Ry!

TO IDAHO WE GO!!

We found super cheap tickets from Mesa to Idaho Falls right before Thanksgiving - so off we went! We stayed for 2 1/2 weeks and enjoyed some fun snowy weather...we miss the seasons! Daniel joined us for Thanksgiving weekend.
