I LOVE TO CELEBRATE THE DAY OF LOVE WITH MY TRUE LOVE!

Roses...BEAUTIFUL!

Cookies...DELICIOUS!

 My Husband...BEAUTIFUL and DELICIOUS!! :)

I got him some socks with hearts on them and a tie...not beautiful or delicious, but he's a good sport. :)
(Pic soon to come)

I got Daniel socks for our very first Valentine's Day together, which happened to be our first date. I didn't want to get him anything too lovey and scare him off, but I wanted to give him something, since it was Valentine's day. Ever since, it has been a tradition to give him socks, and bring back a fun little memory. Daniel got me a card that Valentine's Day.  You may think "boring," but oh, no. In that card he wrote of celebrating our "first Valentine's Day together" (hinting of more to come).  Oh, yeah, I liked that! :)

This year we are celebrating our 7s. This year marks our 7 year anniversaries for first date which happened on a 14th, engagement which happened on a 21st (the same month as the first date), and our marriage, which happened on a 28th (not the same month :).
I had never noticed that before Daniel pointed it our to me yesterday - kind of fun! :)

We went out to an Italian restaurant for our Valentine's date this year. It wasn't the same one as our first date, as we couldn't afford to fly to Anchorage for dinner, but it was nonetheless delicious!

And my little lovies...
The older two got a locket keychain and a locket necklace that say "I am a child of God. We put a  picture of Jesus in one side and a picture of our family in the other, so that that they can remember how much they are loved, and also remember to make good choices that will make them happy and that will make those who love them happy. (pic coming soon)

And little Zi...more diapers. He has little need for anything besides mommy milk and diapers. He was overjoyed with his gift, well mostly with the crinkly plastic on the package. What a little sweetheart! :)

We had great intentions to make Valentine's treats and fun valentines to send to grandmas and grandpas, and then I got sick all weekend - flat on your back, in bed all day sick...so our good intentions went out the window, and I didn't do very well with taking pics either.  I was still recovering up until yesterday. So I apologize to grandmas and grandpas who didn't get Valentines and for the missing pics. But mommy's back on track now. I spent the day catching up...(we now have clean underwear to wear again, and a few dishes to eat off). It is amazing the chaos that can break lose in a house without momma on her feet. But thanks to wonderful daddy, the kids were all well taken care of! :)

6 months

The growth is finally starting to come in length, and the weight gain has slowed down a little...mommy's back thanks you. :)
Hanging out in the backyard on a "chilly" Arizona day with some snazzy AZ mittens on (it was probably 65 degrees on our chilly day)

Note...

Sometimes Daniel needs videos for his seminary class that are downloaded through youtube. Because of filters on his computer at work, he can't access youtube. Therefore, he sticks them on the blog so he can get to them when he needs them...
